FAQ:

1) Why is a non-refundable pre-payment (of first 4 lesson fees) required?

The pre-payment of the first 4 lessons secures your child’s placement for the 2027 class and is non-refundable. This ensures fairness to students on the waitlist and allows the center to manage scheduling and resources effectively.

2) When do I make the prepayment?

Pre-payment must be made within 3 days after receiving a message from the admin via WhatsApp informing that the slot you registered for has been reserved for your child.

3) Is my child's placement confirmed upon submitting the registration form?

No. Upon submitting the registration form, please allow up to 2 business days for our admin to process the registration. You will receive a text via WhatsApp to inform that the slot you have registered for has been reserved for your child. Your child’s placement can only be confirmed when pre-payment is made.

4) Will my child's eligible discounts (e.g., sibling discount) be applied to the pre-payment?

No. The pre-payment amount covers the first 4 lesson fees. Any eligible discounts will be applied and reflected on the invoice for the remaining balance of the Y2027 Term 1 fees.

5) What if pre-payment is not made before the deadline?

A reminder will be sent to you via WhatsApp to complete the payment before the deadline. If payment is not received by the deadline, the center reserves the right to release your child’s reserved slot to another student on the waiting list.

6) My child will only be a registered student of the centre in Y2027. Will he/she be entitled to the 2 free trial lessons?

Yes, all new students to Math Mavens are entitled to 2 free trial lessons (if not already utilised). The pre-payment is made for first 4 lesson fees. Hence, the 2 free lessons will be in addition to these 4 payable lessons.

7) Can I make changes to my class selection after submitting the registration form?

Yes, you can. Simply log in to the Pre-Registration Portal using your child’s credentials and update the class selection directly. Your changes will be saved automatically upon submission.

8) How can I find out more about the teacher whom I plan to register my child with?

9) What is my child’s Login ID and Password for the Pre-Registration Portal?

Your child’s Login ID and Password were sent to you via WhatsApp by our admin team after you submitted the account request form.
