To ensure a smooth registration process, please follow the steps below:
1️⃣Step 1: Prepare your Child’s Login Details
Have your child’s Math Mavens Login ID and Password ready.

2️⃣Step 2: Access the Pre-Registration Portal
Log in using your child’s credentials to select your preferred class.

3️⃣Step 3: Await Payment Instructions
After you’ve successfully submitted your class selection, our admin team will reach out via WhatsApp within 2–3 business days to prompt you for a non-refundable pre-payment of 4 lessons to secure your child’s place.

The fee amount will be based on your child’s level in Year 2027.
4️⃣Step 4: Receive Receipt
A payment receipt will be issued once the pre-payment is received.

This amount, along with any eligible sibling discount, will be deducted from the Y2027 Term 1 balance.

If you’re planning to enrol another child in our classes for next year, we’re happy to offer you priority access through the steps below:

Once submitted, your child’s Login ID and Password will be sent to you via WhatsApp within 2–3 business days.
2️⃣Step 2: Register via Pre-registration Portal
Using the account details provided, simply log in to the Pre-Registration Portal and select your preferred class – just like you did for your currently registered child.

FAQ:
The pre-payment of the first 4 lessons secures your child’s placement for the 2027 class and is non-refundable. This ensures fairness to students on the waitlist and allows the center to manage scheduling and resources effectively.
Pre-payment must be made within 3 days after receiving a message from the admin via WhatsApp informing that the slot you registered for has been reserved for your child.
No. Upon submitting the registration form, please allow up to 2 business days for our admin to process the registration. You will receive a text via WhatsApp to inform that the slot you have registered for has been reserved for your child. Your child’s placement can only be confirmed when pre-payment is made.
No. The pre-payment amount covers the first 4 lesson fees. Any eligible discounts will be applied and reflected on the invoice for the remaining balance of the Y2027 Term 1 fees.
A reminder will be sent to you via WhatsApp to complete the payment before the deadline. If payment is not received by the deadline, the center reserves the right to release your child’s reserved slot to another student on the waiting list.
Yes, all new students to Math Mavens are entitled to 2 free trial lessons (if not already utilised). The pre-payment is made for first 4 lesson fees. Hence, the 2 free lessons will be in addition to these 4 payable lessons.
Yes, you can. Simply log in to the Pre-Registration Portal using your child’s credentials and update the class selection directly. Your changes will be saved automatically upon submission.
